Suir Pharma Ireland, originally named Clonmel Chemicals, was founded in the 1970’s by a group of local business people. It moved to the existing site in 1984 and in 1987 built a second manufacturing plant on the site to produce penicillin based products for the US market.
Suir Pharma supply products across a board spectrum of therapeutic areas including pain management, anti-depressants, antihypertensives, benzodiazepines and gastrointestinal treatments.
