The global, state-of-art facility is being constructed in the heart of Singapore’s innovation district at The Biopolis and is scheduled for completion in 2013. Through a collaborative research agreement with Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), focus on new innovations for consumers will begin immediately, with concentration in our Beauty & Grooming, Home Care, Personal Health Care, and Chemicals businesses. The new Center will also house elements of our Global Capability Organization, including Package Development, Analytical, Device, Fragrance, Professional Services and Regulatory Affairs, and Microbiology. The addition of the Singapore Innovation Center complements P&G’s other innovation facilities in Asia, including Kobe (Japan), Bangalore (India), and Beijing (China) and will join a worldwide network of P&G innovation centres
