Landsteiner Scientific is a Mexican pharmaceutical company founded in 1998 dedicated to research, development, manufacturing, distribution and marketing of health products. The company employs 1,000 people and covers domestic as well as international markets through several business lines, encompassing prescription drugs, generics, biotech products, high specialty and in-store brands. The product portfolio contains over 70 products in 300 different presentations divided among 17 therapeutic areas. In 2013 the company entered the field of genomic medicine with the acquisition of Neopharm Obesity, a company based in Seville, Spain.
