CR Pharmaceutical Group Limited was set up in response to the requirement of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) to “create a state-owned pharmaceutical platform” in 2007. Among them, CR Sanjiu (000999), CR Double-Crane, and Dong-E-E-Jiao (000423) are A-share pharmaceutical companies listed in China.
In the area of pharmaceutical manufacturing, CR Pharma is involved in natural medicine, Chinese medicine, chemical drugs, biological drugs and nutritional supplements. It ranked number one in the 2011 China Top 100 Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Enterprises, and owns well-known brands including “999”, “Double-Crane”, “Saike”, “Dong-E”, “Zizhu”, and “Yu Ting”.
In terms of retail and distribution, its business covers wholesale distribution of drugs, medical equipment, healthcare products, logistics, distribution, retail and supply chain value-added services.
