Astellas Pharma Ltd. is the Sales and Marketing affiliate for the UK market. It was founded in 2005 after the merger of Fujisawa and Yamanouchi. Yamanouchi had focused on Urology, and Fujisawa were specialists in Transplantation and Dermatology. The workforce currently stands at over 250 and is based in Staines, Middlesex.
